We believe in changing lives through fitness, but fitness is much more than 1 hour of exercise a day. We all want to feel good, look good, and be healthy. Nutrition lays the molecular foundation for your fitness and health. What you eat can amplify or diminish the effect of your training.

Meet Coach Morgan

Elisa is our Fitness Nutrition Specialist here at DeSoto CrossFit. Elisa is passionate about health and fitness and can’t wait to start helping you reach your goals even faster. The first step in this program is scheduling an initial consultation with Elisa to discuss your, your goals, current habits, and establishing the next steps in the process of becoming the best version of you!

“My interest in nutrition began several years ago in an attempt to figure out a way to fix what was broken within myself. I knew what I was doing wasn’t working, so I began to dig into every article I could find, eventually leading me to earn a certificate as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I wanted to be a part of the Desoto Crossfit program to be able to come alongside others, helping them through their own journeys towards living healthier lives.”
