Couch To CrossFit is a 6 week program designed to equip an individual with all the resources, knowledge and training necessary to progress from a non-active lifestyle to a CrossFit athlete. Do you find yourself having trouble getting started or making progress? Would you like to have a personal trainer? CrossFit is like having a personal trainer in a group setting. This program will focus on: Movement, Aerobic conditioning, Strength and Skills that are incorporated in a typical CrossFit class.
The program also includes 2 weeks of regular CrossFit classes to help you get acclimated into the CrossFit class.
Mon, Tues and Thurs
6am, 4:30pm and 7:30 pm
All Classes are 1 hour long
